• •JOY is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We make no warranties regarding the reliability, availability, or performance of the App.
• •We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use or inability to use the App.
• •We do not guarantee the accuracy or integrity of any user-generated content.

Modifications to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes through the App or via email. Your continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to JOY at our sole discretion for any violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.
